We offer a prix fixe course where you can enjoy an exquisite menu carefully selected by our chef. You can enjoy a total of 7 dishes from appetizer, soup, main dish, salad, and dessert. For the main dish, you can choose your favorite item from the a la carte menu. Please enjoy Corto's signature casual French cuisine to your heart's content. Pairing wines to match the dishes are also available from 550 yen.
This classic style course allows you to enjoy everything from appetizers to desserts. The main course is a prix fixe menu with a variety of fish and meat dishes to choose from. Some dishes are subject to an additional charge, but all are carefully prepared by our chef and are our pride and joy. This course is recommended for a dinner with friends or a small celebration.

This healthy plate is made with plenty of pesticide- and chemical-free vegetables and wild grasses from the company's directly managed "Tohoku Ranch" in Aomori Prefecture. The ranch adopts a natural recycling-oriented farming method that integrates thoroughbred breeding and agriculture, and the rich soil nurtures vegetables with a powerful flavor. Enjoy the "vegetable orchestra" of a variety of dishes such as hot vegetables with bagna cauda sauce, quiche with wild vegetables, and savory grilled cheese and tomato stew. For dessert, we offer pudding made from "Aodama," a brand of eggs with blue shells born on the farm. The all-you-can-drink wild herb tea, coffee, and tea are included, making this a very healthful experience.
