Vinegared Offal consists of pork offal (stomach, intestines, etc.) that is boiled until tender, sliced, and marinated in a vinegar sauce. It is a standard snack in Hakata izakayas and pairs well with beer and shochu!! Okuyuto is similar to a type of fried tofu made from seaweed called egonori, boiled and set. In Hakata, it has been commonly eaten for breakfast for a long time. It is typical to eat it with bonito flakes and ginger, along with raw soy sauce. Each item can also be ordered individually.
