1. Our establishment is an izakaya that also serves alcohol. Instead of a cover charge or appetizer, we ask for each person to order one drink and one food item. 2. You can order grilled gyoza starting from one serving, but for additional orders, we ask for a minimum of two servings. To reduce the burden on our staff, we appreciate your cooperation. Boiled gyoza and steamed gyoza can be added starting from one serving.
Spicy Cod Roe is a well-known specialty of Hakata, the fourth batter!! However, surprisingly, the locals in Hakata don't have a strong preference, often saying things like 'The cod roe from XX is the best!!' When asked by people from other prefectures, they might feel a bit troubled. Vinegared Offal consists of pork offal (stomach, intestines, etc.) that is boiled until tender, sliced, and marinated in a vinegar sauce. It is a standard snack in Hakata izakayas and pairs well with beer and shochu!! Okuyuto is similar to a type of fried tofu made from seaweed called egonori, boiled and set. In Hakata, it has been commonly eaten for breakfast for a long time. It is typical to eat it with bonito flakes and ginger, along with raw soy sauce. Each item can also be ordered individually.

Wow, it's a menu that feels like I've never eaten before!! - Whale Yukhoe with lean meat mixed with sesame oil and ginger soy sauce. This way of eating is great! - It's the meat of the lean fin whale. Eating it frozen is the Showa-style small restaurant way. - The fat from the tail fin of the obake whale is boiled and then washed. It's also called 'sara shikuji' or 'obake' and is mainly eaten with vinegar miso.
