Unotan on the rice!
Delicious sushi makes me so happy (; ・・`д・´) I'm a bit obsessed with it in my own way... ( ✧Д✧) kak!
I prefer to eat it with my hands (థథ...థ...థ...థ...థ...థ...and take a bite of the freshly made sushi.
And then, apart from the ingredients, there's the nori (✧Д✧)! It's important to use good nori.
The rice...how it's cooked, how it's balanced with the vinegar, how well it's held together...and the amount of rice.
It makes me happy to be able to enjoy the craftsmanship right in front of my eyes.
I visited such a delicious sushi restaurant for lunch on the weekend (✧Д✧)!
Eight seats at the counter, the young proprietor starts with freshly cooked "Goddess' Hohoemi" while mixing it with a double blend of red vinegar (; ・・`д・´).
First, the rice is served on a custom-made nori (seaweed) and topped with just wasabi (✧Д✧).
I screamed out in my heart (; ・・・✧✧) Kakk! I screamed out in my heart...oh, oh, it's so good!
The nigiri starts with the O-toro (fatty tuna), then the aged kohada, arabesque, bluefin squid, and boiled clams.
I'm addicted to sweet potato shochu with soda these days.
The unotan is combined with the rice, and then turned on the unotan, the tiger prawn is delicately handled, the striped horse mackerel is directly exposed to the charcoal, and the seared nodoguroroi... ✧Д✧) Kakk!
The presentation was wonderful and the taste was perfect (; ・`д・´) I still want to eat more... I can go on and on and on!
The last dish was an egg like yokan (Japanese sweet bean jelly), which was a bit short but very satisfying.
