Good news! The owner and the staff are all good looking (; ・`д・´) and there are many female customers, so it's easy to come in ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆!
Following the detailed explanations, we tried four different types of sea urchin: Nemuro, Hamanaka, Kitakata Shishima, and Rausu (; ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆! If I were to compare it to tuna, I would say that it was close to the best tuna I've ever tasted.
The "ultimate sauce" of yellow roe and sea urchin...the yellow roe is also magnificent (; ・`д・´)...when you dip the squid in it, you can't believe it's squid noodles ( ✧Д✧) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆!
The meaty horse mackerel is deep-fried and perfect as a snack.
Sushi sticks with red vinegar... and the famous TKG... I don't think I've ever eaten so much sea urchin in my life! If you're going to eat sea urchin in Nagoya, this is the place to go!
