The interior of the restaurant has a chic, mansion-like quality. It is a famous restaurant where you can enjoy the view, chat with the madam, and savor the food in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is a budget-friendly omakase course only, so you will find different tastes every time you visit. On this particular day, the presentation was artistic, with dishes such as marinated red snow crab and chanterelles, gazpacho with tan shrimp, and deep-fried sweet sea bream scales. It was a great restaurant where the qualité was so high that I can only say it was wonderful.
A restaurant where you can enjoy local cuisine. In addition to anglerfish and fugu (blowfish), the menu also features such specialties as "gamecock nabe," in which meat and vegetables are stewed in a broth made from gamecock, and "gamecock oyakodon," a bowl of rice topped with chicken and egg.
All the food we ordered was delicious - drinks came out quickly and the charcoal grilled skewers were delicious. The all-you-can-eat cabbage was also good!
I would use this restaurant again if I ever come to Mito!
