Popular stores have good customer service!
Always... always wanted to go to this store.
Setsushishio Fish Oil Menkabo Sankusan
About a 10 minute walk from Fukushima station?
Nearby is the popular French Point and across the street is my favorite La Brise!
And Udon Sanuku and Curry Sanuku Sanuku group of curry restaurants are concentrated here!
When we arrived at the restaurant, there were several people in line, so we waited for a while.
There is a shelf for luggage, so women can store their bags, etc.
The waitress kindly explains to me what to do at the ticket machine.
After much deliberation, I had tsukemen (whole wheat noodles), and my partner had kake and a bowl of kakuni.
Tsukemen takes a long time, but if your companion has ramen
But if your companion has ramen noodles, they will be served at the same time.
This kind of attention to detail is rare in ramen stores.
After a while, the noodles and soup arrive!
The soup is served with a lid on it.
The soup is cloudy and very creamy!
The chashu pork is tender and the crunchy lotus root is pleasant!
The noodles are quite thick!
The top is covered with roasted wheat!
I like this noodle so much, it's my favorite at once!
The noodles are very chewy and satisfying!
Rice is served as a side dish, and it has a nice aroma of kabosu peel on top!
I love the way it is served in the style of an ojiya!
By the time I finished eating, it was time for "thank you"!
If you sit down for 39 minutes, you will receive some kind of service!
We got watermelon instead of dessert!
The food and service were really good!
The man in the hall was low, attentive and excellent customer service!
My partner said he hadn't had this kind of service for a long time and he felt good about it!
No wonder this place has fans!
The food was delicious! I would like to come back to eat there again!
Kishu Kamo Soba
I had a long-cherished wish to try ramen in Fukushima, a hot ramen battleground! I was torn between shellfish and duck, but I chose duck.
I drank the soup and was smiling at the delicious flavor. The noodles were so chewy that I was smiling. And I was shaken by the quality of the ingredients. LOL!
Rare pork and roasted duck, a level I have never encountered in ramen ingredients. The yolk of the egg was moist while the white was firm, and the center was melted.
Next time I come back, I am determined to try the limited version with more ingredients.
The black seven spices on the table went well with the ramen, and even though I don't usually drink all the soup, I found myself looking at the bottom of the ramen. It was delicious! The speed of serving and the courteous service of the staff were also wonderful. I was convinced that this was the reason why people were lining up for the restaurant.
I like this kind of light ramen these days.
I have been wanting to go to this ramen shop for a long time!
It's still tough to eat ramen alone (>_<)
Arrived at the restaurant before 10pm!
There were 4 or 5 people in line in front of the restaurant!
But the turnover was good, so we were able to get in right away!
I wondered what to do, but it was unusually cool that day.
Japanese soy sauce ramen: ¥700. I was hungry, so I decided to have the pork rice set plus ¥280!
The soy sauce is not too thick and light, as you would expect from a Japanese-style soy sauce dish!
However, the soup has depth and sometimes sweetness,
It is a very well-balanced soup.
The noodles are also very firm and you can tell that they are homemade.
The noodles are delicious because they are well mixed with the soup!
I also like this kind of chashu pork!
And the set includes pork rice for 260 yen!
This one seems to have been sold out to the customers after this one.
It may not be available late in the day~!
Sweet and spicy sauce, rather sweet? This is soooo delicious and to my liking!
I want to eat this big one so bad lol!
What should I try next?
I'm curious about curry tsukemen, and regular tsukemen too!
I could go back to this restaurant~!
