Honmachi Noodle Factory, which I've been seeing a lot lately
Although it is known for its udon noodle shop
This is an udon shop by day and a tempura shop by night.
Many tempura courses are moderately priced, but
Rin course - 13 tempura dishes, top soup stock tempura tea 2,980 yen
Ten Course - 11 tempura dishes, Dashi Tencha - 1,980 yen
Semba course - 8 tempura dishes with rice 1,580 yen
Very reasonable!
I have no choice but to choose the Rin course!
The restaurant also has a counter and table seating.
The atmosphere is not as luxurious as the restaurant, but it is very pleasant.
Of course, it's okay to go on a date!
First, a teapot appears and you fill it with a large amount of dried bonito flakes and pour hot water into it.
This becomes ten-tsuyu!
The dashi broth is, of course, good, as the restaurant is originally a dried bonito flakes shop! It is quite tasty!
It was so delicious that everyone had to have another serving halfway through the meal (lol).
Even if you eat it as it is, the aroma of bonito and the deep broth is irresistible!
In addition to the soup stock, we use kabosu, red salt, white coarse salt.
Red goes well with meat and vegetables, white with seafood.
Vegetable sticks for chopstick rest are a nice touch!

The combination of the delicious tempura and the tasty bonito broth makes it twice as tasty!
The shime-no-tencha is full of prawns!
The broth was lighter than the tempura sauce, so it was easy to eat!
After so many tempura dishes, you might think that a simple ochazuke would be better.
But I ate it without thinking so, because it was really light!
I was happy that there were so many shrimp dishes, but it would have been better if there were different ingredients.
I was so happy to be able to eat a tempura course at a reasonable price!
