Adult yakitori restaurant with an unusual menu
Yakitori in Azabujuban.
Located 7~8 minutes from the station.
The chicken soup served as an appetizer is rich and delicious.
The potato salad for adults is based on taro.
Taro lovers will love it!
Goes well with sake.
There were many different parts of the skewers to choose from, so we started with the "Hinatoro" skewer.
The juicy meat was hard to believe it was breast meat, and the skin was crispy and savory.
I want to eat them one by one with care!
The next skewer was Tsukune with Tsukimi Sauce.
The tsukune is dipped in a generous amount of tsukimi sauce and popped into your mouth!
The cartilage is not only delicious, but the texture is also enjoyable!
The aroma of the charcoal fire enhances the appetite. I want to lick the tsukimi sauce that spilled on my plate.
You can choose between tare (sauce) and shio (salt) for the white liver, but this time I went with the recommended tare.
The way the liver was cooked was exquisite.
The meat tofu was of course chicken, since this is a yakitori restaurant!
It tastes like stewed chicken with salt, and it is very satisfying to the body.
The interior of the restaurant has a stylish, hideaway-like atmosphere.
The menu has a wide variety of dishes, all of which look delicious.
I would like to go back again!
