I still love Musashi in Shinjuku.
How many years has it been since I've been here?
I've been here several times since it opened, but it's been a while. Sorry about that.
So it's been a long time since I've been to Shinjuku. The soy sauce is very well done. The quality is high.
The staff's workmanship is perfect. They are quick and attentive.
The atmosphere is lively. No compromises. Taste, atmosphere, education. Everything is high quality! That's Musashi!
Thick noodles with melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork. My favorite!
Musashi is the place to go for soy sauce!
I can't miss Musashi for some reason!
Good thick soup!
This ramen and tsukemen restaurant opened around last fall and has quickly gained popularity.
I have been coming here since its opening, and I really recommend the tsukemen☆.
The soup is a bit rich, but it is not too rich.
It is a bit rich, but the fish and sea soup is not too sticky, so it seems to be popular among women as well.
The tsukemen (dipping noodles), in particular, is a perfect harmony of noodles and thick soup.
The noodles are firm and not too thin or too thick, so they go down smoothly!
What's more, it is not only the taste that makes this place special, but also the staff.
The manager, of course, and the waitstaff are very GOOD!
When the restaurant first opened, they would explain about the soup and talk about many other things.
Nowadays it is very popular and there are many people, so it is rare to talk with them slowly, but even if it is crowded, they are considerate to those who are waiting and give advice on how to eat.
I think that in a restaurant, not only the taste but also the customer service is the most important thing.
The more popular a restaurant becomes, the worse the attitude of the waiters becomes, but that is really not the case here.
This is truly the most recommended ramen and tsukemen restaurant!
