The toro meat seared for 3 seconds is exquisite!
Located a bit far from Komazawa University Station, it is a bit difficult to get to, but it is still one of those restaurants that you will want to repeat.
I found out about this restaurant about a year ago from a food log and have already visited four times.
What can be said about this restaurant is that their consideration for their customers is truly amazing.
For example, they change the amount of cold noodles and yakiniku to your liking, kindly give you their recommendations, and many other services that even ordinary restaurants don't do.
The service and customer service are great, but more than that, the meat quality is outrageously good!
The best recommendation is the excellent "Toro Meat 3 Second Sear".
All you have to do is sear the meat side for only 3 seconds.
Just by lightly searing the meat, the umami is enhanced and the flavor comes out.
Just put it in your mouth and you will understand.
You have to try it once to understand.
And it's called Shibaura Kalbi here, which you don't hear about very often...
This is also not to be licked.
It is an ordinary rib, but how soft it is.
If you eat this rib and white rice with gusto, you will feel satisfied........
The yukke is also quite elegant and tasty.
When I visited the restaurant, there was also a part of the meat called "megane," which I had never heard of.
The "megane" also has a texture that I have never tasted before, and it is crispy, so I highly recommend you to try it.
