This restaurant is owned by Takao Fujiyama, former executive chef of "WAKUDEN" in Kyoto. The restaurant offers authentic Kyoto-style cuisine in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The restaurant offers only course menus based on the concept of "using the best ingredients in a simple way," and procures the best ingredients of the season from Kyoto and the Kansai region, with which he is familiar.
