Currently running 'Teke Lemon Chance!' This is Teke Hachi's signature lemon sour, made by soaking only the fragrant 'peel' in alcohol for a week, then mixing it with our homemade syrup and serving it with soda.
The aroma is gorgeous, and the taste is smooth. This is the 'Gokigen Daiginjo' that brings more smiles when enjoyed with grilled offal.

Before you know it, you'll be sure to want a refill of 'Tomaran Shiro'.
Deliciousness doubles when eaten with salted chicken meatballs!
Hatsu finished with a sticky texture at low temperature, submerged in a pitch-black spicy sauce, a 'dish of sin.' Once you take a bite, there's no turning back.
If you're unsure, this is the right choice. We packed all the 'delicious' from Teke Hachi into one platter.
