We prepare gorgeous and creative creative cuisine using seasonal fine ingredients purchased from all over Japan. Although the restaurant offers course meals, the playful atmosphere allows you to enjoy them casually and without tension. The menu basically consists of about 15 dishes, including appetizers, bowls, appetizers, fish entrees, fried dishes, meat entrees, rice, and desserts. The theme is 'luxury' and 'playfulness'. This is a GW limited course based on spring ingredients, layered with umami and aroma.
The theme is 'Spring Bitterness' and 'Sense of Temperature'. It contains a lightness typical of spring, infused with the playful spirit and attention to detail characteristic of Kikuji.
Using seasonal high-quality ingredients such as spring vegetables, directly sourced seafood, foie gras, and morels. Lightly prepared until the end. A playful spring course that is not confined to the genres of Japanese and Western cuisine.

[Introduction to Standard Sake] - Mitsui no Kotobuki, a homage label to the genius shooter Mitsui Hisashi from the legendary basketball manga 'Slam Dunk'. - Hidakami, with the motto 'If it's fish, it has to be Hidakami!', brews local sake that pairs perfectly with fish dishes and sushi. - Nanto Morohaku, which boasts high quality in taste, richness, and aroma, carries on the tradition to the present day. - Masurao Yamahai, which offers richness and strength. A harmonious food sake that allows you to feel 'sweetness, spiciness, acidity, bitterness, and astringency'. - Kaze no Mori aims for 'delicious sake that appeals to people of all ages and nationalities', with a crazy commitment to shipping only nama sake. - Mutsu Hassen, 'fragrant, gentle, and memorable sake'. You can feel the refined fruity and gorgeous aroma along with the fullness of the rice. Additionally, there are several limited-time sake options. All are carefully sourced with respect for the stories and thoughts of the breweries, so they may vary depending on the time.
