Adan's most popular shabu-shabu hot pot Shabu-shabu soup stock is made from pork and bonito dashi, and its rich flavor is delicious to drink up.
The broth of Adan, which has remained unchanged for 10 years, is a rich stew made by simmering Rafute until tender and blending it with bonito broth. This is the secret to its addictive, deep flavor! Adan is also particular about the thickness of the meat. The thickness of the shabu-shabu meat is 1.5 millimeters. It is this thickness that perfectly clings to Adan's broth! The style of eating Okinawa's brand pork shabu-shabu by 'dipping it in the broth' is the original of Adan. Please enjoy the original taste!
