Hyakusaishu: Pezzeju (375ml) 1,800 yen (tax included 1,980 yen): A liquor fermented with high-quality glutinous rice and koji, along with Korean ginseng and more than 10 types of herbal medicine. The name comes from the effect of the herbs contained in Hyakusaishu, which is said to allow one to live up to 100 years.
