Arabia is a blonde ale made with hops from Poperinge in West Flanders, which is nearby. The bitterness of the hops and the full-bodied flavor create enthusiastic fans.

[De Dore Brewery 9%] This is a special beer brewed only a few times a year by De Dore Brewery, using roasted, caramel, and pale malts, with strong notes of dark chocolate and espresso coffee, as well as nutty flavors. Originally brewed for an American importer, such a flavorful stout is rare, not just bitter but with each characteristic standing out strongly. This beer is complex and sweet yet bitter, much like human life.

[De Dore Brewery Alc. 10%] A beer created for the Christian holiday of Easter. Boskun is a coined term meaning wooden rabbit, and it is also a nickname given to Joe, the brother of brewer Chris, due to his large ears, which ties in with the Easter rabbit. It is fruity due to bottle conditioning with pale malt, Goldings hops, and sweet potato sugar, but has a solid body.

[Pierre Ceris 5%] Pierre Ceris revived the white beer, but lost the Hoegaarden brewery to a fire, and it was sold to the world's largest beer company over 20 years ago. He mourned the changing flavors, but he did not stop there. The god of white beer brewed a new white beer with everything at stake. That is this Ceris White. It evokes fruits like orange and grapefruit.

[Pierre Celis 5.5%] The last white beer challenged by the god of white beer, Pierre Celis, following Hoegaarden White and Celis White. Compared to Celis White, its spicy and full-bodied flavor surpasses that of any other white beer. This beer uses yeast from the Saint Bernardus brewery, making it a true collaboration between Mr. Celis and this brewery.

[ Rio Brewing & Co. 6%] Without using spices, this beer has the same alcohol content of 5% as many beers commonly consumed in Japan, aiming to express the beauty of beer that does not overshadow the delicate beauty of Japan. It was crafted with consideration for pairing with meals, using ingredients like wheat malt and dry hopping, as a product for Japanese people. As the name 'Hatsujin' suggests, it is a product meant to be enjoyed as the very first beer with a meal.

[Huyghe Brewery 5%] A beautifully cloudy white beer brewed by Huyghe Brewery, known for its Delirium. It features a sweetness reminiscent of bananas and is perfect for refreshing drinking, in contrast to Delirium. Now that the weather is warming up, it's the perfect time to enjoy it! It's also great for comparing white beers.

[Janderan Brewery 6.5%] A testament to friendship brewed in collaboration with Janderan Brewery. A white beer that maximizes the aroma of hops without using any spices.

[Brouwerij Huyghe 8.5%] This beer, which means 'hallucinations caused by alcohol addiction,' is high in alcohol but is so easy to drink that you might find pink elephants, dragons, and crocodiles appearing before your eyes. Compared to draft beer, it has a strong body, making it great for tasting comparisons.

[Huyghe Brewery 9%] Brewed by Huyghe Brewery to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. Compared to Delirium Tremens, it has a reddish hue and body that evokes the taste of blood and guillotine. Despite the surreal brand name, the flavor is authentic. With that flavor, let's hope it doesn't lead to anything terrible, just like the name Guillotine suggests.

[Van Steenberge Brewery 10.5%] Compared to Pirate 9%, it has a slightly reddish hue and a sweet aroma reminiscent of pear. Especially in large bottles, the sweetness and alcohol sensation feel integrated like honey. It is also a beer that has been loved at Bel Oub since its import.

[Saint Bernardus Brewery 8%] There exists a beer produced at a monastery in West Flanders, known as the best in the world, and this brewery was established by inheriting its recipe. This Tripel, which began brewing there, has an orange color with a floral, fruity flavor, and a hint of bitterness that captivates people.

[Hugue Brewery 9%] Ostend, known for its local specialty 'small shrimp', faces the North Sea. The nearby town of Idesbald is named after 'Saint Idesbald', who served as the abbot in this area in the 9th century. It features a sweetness reminiscent of pine and a slight acidity.

[Bosteels Brewery 8%] The recipe using barley, wheat, and oats was discovered in the Carmel Monastery and is a recreation of a traditional recipe that was used over 300 years ago. The sweet flavors and aromas reminiscent of pine and pear blend together in a special glass. The taste from the large bottle is also excellent.

[Lulu Brewery 8.4%] A small brewery run by three people. They received yeast from the Orval Monastery, located about 20 km away, and incorporate labor-intensive brewing methods such as direct fire mashing and opening the top of the fermentation tank, creating a unique flavor. Currently, the most famous Belgian beer critic, Tim Webb, includes this beer in his top 10 beers alongside Taras Boulba and Ixelles Bitter. The coexistence of bitterness and sweetness is superb.

[De Ranke Brewery 8.5%] This is the first beer they brewed seriously, which started as a hobby. Using high-quality hops from Poperinge, it is finished with dry hopping, where hops are added during fermentation, resulting in a rich aroma and flavor reminiscent of fresh hop flowers. The infusion of fresh hops also adds a hint of astringency due to the tannins. We recommend enjoying the essence of this beer in a large bottle.

[De La Seine Brewery 4.5%] A surreal story from Gogol's novel 'Captain Burba', where a father, a soldier on the Russian side, tries to kill his son who has fallen in love with the daughter of the enemy country, Poland. This beer is brewed with a wish for peace, so that such stories do not occur in Belgium, where the federal system of Flanders and Wallonia continues. Although it has a lower alcohol content (4.5%) than Japanese beer, it maximizes the aroma and bitterness of hop flowers.

[De La Seine Brewery 6%] The place where Mr. Bernardo first started this brewery is said to be along the Zene River, where natural fermentation yeasts reside, in this region where lambic brewers gather. In this area, it is colloquially referred to as the Gine River. It has an orange-like hue, a mellow bitterness from the aroma hops, and a faint sweetness that can be felt within. This is the representative beer of this brewery and also the first beer that was announced.

[Contreras Brewery Alc.6.5%] A brewery that has been operating quietly for about 200 years near Ghent. A beer that emphasizes the flavor of hops through dry hopping. The aroma, bitterness, and sweetness of the hops are in exquisite balance!

[Rio Brewing & Co. 6.5%] Using a special brewing method that involves soaking the peels of yuzu from Kochi Prefecture in a large amount of dry hopping for fermentation and aging, this beer expresses the aroma of yuzu lightly while utilizing two different types of Belgian yeast, in line with the concept of the First Battle.

[De Ranke Brewery 6.5%] A strong bitter blonde beer created by two weekend hobbyists who started brewing as a pastime, as the name suggests. Brewed using fresh Hallertau hops from Watou and Poperinge to the fullest extent. Even the most discerning Belgian beer critic, Tim Webb, rated it with five stars, the only blonde beer to receive such a rating. The flavor changes due to secondary fermentation in the bottle, and there is a noticeable difference in taste between the large and small bottles. Be sure to try it in the large bottle to experience its full flavor.

[Lulu Brewery 7%] A beer first brewed by the young brewer Mr. Gregory. Located in the Luxembourg province of Belgium, adjacent to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and about 20 km from Orval Abbey. Early on, it incorporated Orval yeast and used Amarillo hops. This beer has a honey-like aroma and offers a taste that starts with a honey sweetness and gradually reveals bitterness, making it an exceptional brew. A masterpiece from the Luxembourg province of Belgium.

[Kazoo Brewery Alc.6.7%] In Tournai, the oldest city in Belgium, this brewery is the only one to start brewing this beer. While it has a unique sweetness characteristic of the Walloon region (only a little sugar is used for secondary fermentation), it also has a solid hop bitterness, making it a very interesting beer that seems to possess features of both Walloon blondes and saison beers. I learned when we met that Mr. Laurent and Mr. Gregory from the Lulu Brewery have been friends since university. It's a small world!!

[Belgovia Brewery 6.5%] Luppo is a name derived from the Latin word for hop, 'Lupulus', and it was named as such because it is brewed using various different hops.

[De Ranke Brewery 5.5%] A luxurious beer that uses the flower buds of Hallertau hops from Poperinge, Belgium, harvested immediately after the September harvest for all bittering, aroma hops, and dry hopping. A product packed with the flavor of hops. A special brew made only once a year.

[Bosteels Brewery 8%] Mr. Kwak, who ran a brewery and an inn, noticed that the passengers of the carriages stopping by the inn every day were unable to free their hands to drink while riding due to their horses and fellow passengers. He devised this glass so they could drink while riding. It is said that he distributed his beer to everyone. It is a deep reddish-brown beer with a long-lasting finish of roasted sweetness.

[Dubuisson Brewery 12%] Known as Bush Amber in Belgium, it was forced to change its name in many countries due to a lawsuit by Anheuser-Busch of Budweiser. It has a fragrant alcohol volume reminiscent of whiskey, sweetness, spiciness felt within, and bitterness that comes later. Perfect for a final drink.

Saint Bernardus Brewery is located less than a 10-minute drive from the border with France. Among the Pater, Periol, and Abt, it is the most balanced dark brown ale. It has a sweetness reminiscent of hazelnuts and bananas, with a spicy and long-lasting finish that lingers in the nose.

[Saint Bernardus Brewery 10%] Known to beer enthusiasts and critics as one of the best beers in the world. This beer began brewing in 1946, having been given the recipe from the 'Saint Sixtus Abbey,' which brews the 'Westvleteren Abt,' said to be the best beer in the world. It has an aroma reminiscent of ginjo, a rich body, and a spicy, long finish that convinces you of its premium quality. Perfect as the last drink. The essence of this beer is found in the large bottle.

[Van Steenberge Brewery 7.5%] Originally, this brewery had a farm next to it, where goats were kept. The name Rout Bock, meaning 'happy goat', features a uniquely shaped glass that is among the top one or two in Belgium. You must not spill it when drunk. You will be able to fully enjoy the roasted flavor of the barley.

[Huyghe Brewery 8.5%] Brewed in 1999 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Delirium Tremens, this beer, whose name means 'alcohol addiction of the night', is perfect for drinking late at night. The roasted malt aroma, sweetness reminiscent of orange, pineapple, and tropical fruits, along with a hint of acidity, is wonderful.

[Van Steenberge Brewery 10.5%] The bell tower group in Belgium is recognized as a World Heritage site, and Gouden Draak has been towering over the bell tower of the ancient city of Ghent in East Flanders, Belgium, since the year 1111, overlooking Ghent. This beer has a momentarily soft mouthfeel, but the balance of its rich body and brandy-like flavor is outstanding, rivaling any other beer.

[Lulu Brewery 6.5%] Initially, it started as a brewery intending to brew only Lulu Blonde, but it was brewed as a dark brown ale using Orval yeast to aim for further flavor. It incorporates various techniques unique to small breweries, such as opening the top of the fermentation tank, which creates a one-of-a-kind taste. The moment it touches your mouth, you can feel the roasted malt's toastiness and a floral aroma, but it smoothly goes down your throat with bitterness.

[Kazematten Brewery 6.5%] Kazematten is also a maturation cellar for 'Grotte Beer'. Grotte Beer was created by Pierre Celis, the father of Hoegaarden and Celis White, one of Belgium's great brewers. The purpose of Grotte Beer brewing is to confirm the effects of a consistently maintained low temperature, similar to a cave, and indeed the taste of the beer has become extraordinarily wonderful compared to others. In 2002, Mr. Celis transferred the beer brand and recipe to the St. Bernardus Brewery, where brewing continued for the next ten years. When the story of Kazematten came up, the St. Bernardus Brewery found the perfect land for Grotte Beer, and Mr. Celis's dream became a reality. Of course, the caves of Valkenburg and Kanne, made of marl, will continue to assist in the brewing of Grotte Beer. Within this marl cave, you can experience the low-temperature maturation process of Grotte Santé. Just as Grotte Beer has been maturing there for the past ten years, Grotte Santé and its series will also be brewed in the same way in the future. In moving Grotte Beer to Kazematten, the design and brand name have been completely renewed. Grotte Beer has become Grotte Santé and will be brewed with the same recipe as before. Grotte Santé is a spicy brown ale with an alcohol content of 6.5%, creating a refreshing aftertaste by using a small amount of exotic ingredients.

[Delanques Brewery Alc.9%] Noir means 'black' in French, and Dottigny is the town where Delanques Brewery is located. Dottigny is part of the French-speaking province of Hainaut in Belgium, and the Dutch-speaking people from the north wanted to brew a beer rooted in that town, leading to the creation of this beer. This is the first dark beer they brewed, placing great importance on fresh hop flowers. It is a product where the floral aroma and the roasted malt aroma exquisitely intertwine.

[De La Seine Brewery/Rio Brewing & Co. 4.5%] After three years of planning, the world's first Belgian Chocolate Stout brewed in Belgium. Co-brewed with brewer Bernardo. Available only at the famous establishments in Japan and Brussels, 'Mouden Lambic.' Instead of chocolate, chocolate malt is used, resulting in a rich malt flavor with a refreshing bitterness from three additions of hops. A beer that serves as a bridge between Belgian culture and Japan.

[Shire Brewery Alc. 8%] The beer that has the most volume from the Shire Brewery, which has been in operation for six generations since 1850. It has a woody aroma reminiscent of hazelnuts, which may differ from traditional Scotch ales in that regard. A full-bodied beer with a wonderful balance of bitterness that is felt later. It pairs well with meat dishes, blue cheese, and nuts.

[Kazoo Brewery Alc. 7.6%] It is a stout type that is rare in Belgium, but it is not exactly what is typically called a stout; perhaps it should be described as a fusion of Belgian beer and stout? The rich body of Belgian beer is followed by a subtle acidity and a dry yet aromatic bitterness. This exquisite combination of flavors is, according to the brewer, 'just the taste that I like.'

[Verhaeghe Brewery 5.4%] The label features a cow pulling this tool used for plowing fields. It uses a brewing method passed down in West Flanders, aged in oak barrels for about a year and a half. This results in a well-balanced red beer with a sweet and sour flavor reminiscent of grapes.

[Rodenbach Brewery 5%] A Flanders red aged in large oak barrels in the town of Roeselare, West Flanders. A typical red beer blended with young and mature beers.

[Rodenbach Brewery 6%] A Flanders Red aged for over 20 months in large oak barrels. It evokes large grapes and grape skins, allowing you to experience both tannins and acidity simultaneously.

Using yeast from the Rodenbach brewery that was used before being acquired by the Girardin brewery, this beer is a blend that proposes a new style of lambic that has never been seen before. It is a genuine blended lambic that can be enjoyed even by those who are not fond of the intense sourness of lambic. By soaking cherries for more than six months, De Ranke Creek is created.

[De Lanke Brewery 7%] Based on Girardin's lambic and Flanders red beer, real cherries are soaked for more than six months. This is an authentic fruit lambic that showcases the strong acidity of the lambic and the natural tartness of the cherries. It makes one reflect on the future of lambic.

[Lulu Brewery 5.2%] Estival means summer. The brewer's thought is that what is needed for a beer to drink in the summer is not just a smooth finish. This challenge with a low alcohol content achieves the best balance of moderate body, sweetness, and bitterness, while simultaneously quenching people's thirst. It is an interesting summer beer that does not use the brewer's signature spices.

[Janderlan Brewery 6.5%] A small, small brewery located in the gentle hilly area on the way from Brussels to Liège. The saison beer brewed with dry hopping, where hop flowers are soaked during fermentation, is unique and offers a refreshing taste and a floral, light aroma that is superb.

[Janderan Brewery 7%] 'Cense' means farm in French. It has a light reddish hue and is a saison beer created after Four Saison. In addition to four ingredients, spices are used, and it is said to be a beer that can be experienced through all five human senses, hence the name Five Sense. The same amount of hops as Four Saison is used, and dry hopping is similarly performed, but a different recipe with a change in the type and blend of hops is utilized.

[Silly Brewery 5%] Unlike the current Saison and Saison Dupont, Saison beer from the 19th to early 20th century was a blend of young beers with a strong hop flavor and sour old beers. In some breweries, this was brewed by aging it in barrels, and many had a reddish-brown color rather than a blonde hue. Although this brewery does not age in barrels, Saison Silly is an important beer in understanding the taste of traditional Saison due to its blending of new and old beers, its reddish-brown color, and the fact that it has not changed its recipe since it began brewing.

[De Ranke Brewery 5.5%] Located west of Brussels in the Walloon region of Belgium, this area is characterized by vast agricultural lands, where Saison beer originated as a beverage brewed for consumption during farming activities. The De Ranke Brewery, situated in the town of Dottigny in Walloon, has also begun brewing a new Saison beer. It retains the unique hop flavors characteristic of De Ranke Brewery while incorporating the rich body of a Saison beer. It has been sampled during test brewing, and we look forward to seeing how its taste and color will evolve!

Lindemans Brewery's fruit lambic, brewed since 1809. Previously, they produced a dry fruit lambic with strong acidity, but in the 1970s, they pioneered the sweet fruit lambic by adding fruit juice to lambic, with Creek being the first of its kind. Since then, they have continued to create various fruit lambics. Lindemans Creek is blended with cherry juice, characterized by its bright red color. It is a beer that matches the sweet aroma of cherries with the acidity of lambic. While it has a strong sweetness, the acidity is also felt simultaneously, providing a substantial drinking experience.

[Lindemans Brewery 3.5%] A fruit lambic made with cassis, first released in 1986. There are few fruit beers made with cassis, and this one is particularly famous. The color is a deep ruby (crimson). The tartness of the cassis pairs perfectly with the lambic, offering a subtly sweet yet well-balanced flavor. The reserve version is also popular in bottles.

[Rindemans Brewery 2.5%] Pecheresse is a pioneering beer that adds peach juice to lambic, influencing many breweries today that brew fruit beers. It is a beer that I definitely recommend to those who are not fond of beer.
