We want our customers to enjoy even more delicious tofu. With this desire in mind, Toriyoshi began making tofu by hand. We repeatedly experimented to bring out the flavor of domestically produced white soybeans to the utmost limit, creating a method that overturns the common belief of 'not soaking in water at all.'
General tofu is made by using nigari to solidify soy milk, but godofu mixes soy milk with kudzu or starch, heats it, and then solidifies it. The texture is chewy and reminiscent of soft pudding.
Enjoy the fluffy eggs and the rich flavor of the chicken.
