A luxurious dish made with fresh sea urchin sourced from Nagahama Market and A5 grade Imari beef from Saga Prefecture, using the shoulder loin. No explanation needed, please enjoy it first. One piece.
The moderately sinewy part of Imari beef (A5) from Saga Prefecture, called "Kurashita" (shoulder loin), is quickly seared to make it look like sashimi. Please enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture!
We have made tempura using freshly molted crab. You can enjoy it whole with the shell, so please savor the full flavor of the crab!
Fresh domestic beef intestines (small intestines) are carefully processed and simmered until tender while retaining a firm texture. By using a mild white miso base, it has become a dish that pairs well with beer, shochu, or sake, making it versatile for any drink.
We simmer domestic beef tendons until tender, skewer them with beef tendons and vegetables, and simmer them again with a gently flavored broth. Then we mix in our proud beef tendon curry, creating a new sensation of spicy oden. Give it a try!
Our most popular dish, live mackerel sashimi, features mackerel from Nagasaki Prefecture swimming in our live tank, served as live sashimi, grilled sashimi, sesame mackerel, and three types of sashimi! *Can be made into sesame mackerel for an additional 500 yen.
