A Japanese kaiseki course that is left to the discretion of the owner. Numaya's most popular course meal, featuring seasonal delicacies.
The owner of the restaurant decides what to serve depending on the day's purchases. We prepare 12 to 15 items in small quantities.
Heartwarming soup stock and seasonal ingredients This is a course meal that allows you to enjoy the "season" by combining each dish with a dashi broth that enhances the ingredients. We offer "Soshu Wagyu," also known as "fantastic Wagyu beef. Enjoy seasonal ingredients one dish at a time. Please take your time and enjoy it with seasonal sake. As a special early-bird reservation offer, we will provide a complimentary glass of sake. (Excluding sake and wine).
This is Numaya's most popular course, with the menu determined by the day's purchases. Enjoy the "Soshu Wagyu", a fantastic Japanese beef, local fish landed at Odawara Port, and seasonal ingredients with our special dashi broth. As an early bird special, we offer a free toast. Sake and wine are not included.
This course is for fish lovers, and the menu is prepared according to the day's purchases, with a focus on seafood landed at Odawara Port.
From the long-established sake brewery 'Kitamura Sake Brewery' in Yoshino, Nara Prefecture, this sake is undiluted, unfiltered, and unpasteurized, a pure rice sake that is unfiltered and raw. It is aged at low temperatures for 12 months and is a limited edition with only 120 bottles shipped annually. * Junmai Daiginjo 'Odzunu' is named after the ancestor of mountain ascetics, En no Ozunu. It is a fruity sake that allows you to fully experience the umami of Omachi rice. * Junmai Daiginjo 'Zenki' is named after the husband and wife demons who followed En no Ozunu, with the husband's name being the origin. This sake has a flavor profile that makes you feel as if you are drinking white wine, with a moderate acidity and a strong umami from Yamada Nishiki rice.
