Prices are examples. If you set a budget, we will prepare several dishes as an omakase. However, please note that this is not a formal, well-structured meal as is generally considered a course meal. Basically, we will offer you a more reasonable price than if you order individual items, so dishes that are not listed on the menu will be included. Please order drinks separately.

Made with Spanish prosciutto 'Jamón Serrano'. I feel like you can taste the deliciousness more when you chew it a lot.
More like a meat dish than a salad? We roast the duck meat upon ordering, so please allow some time depending on how busy we are.

This is a long-aged raw ham from Spain. The taste varies depending on the condition and part, but basically, it is a nice ham that brings out more umami as you chew.
Grated wasabi with soy sauce flavor on top of cream cheese.
Finely chopped duck meat mixed with rare grilled wasabi.
A delicacy from the Seto Inland Sea. Even if you think salted innards are smelly and inedible, please give it a try.

This is truly whimsical.
Good for refilling with aioli, or matching with leftover sauce. Add cheese for an additional 100 yen when toasting.
Seared fatty mackerel with tuna belly. The mackerel is seared well to bring out the flavor. It is usually served seared strongly, but can also be served without searing according to your preference.
The base is silken tofu style. Sometimes it's different, but that's when I happen to buy good tofu, so lucky me...
Add mentaiko and cheese for an additional 200 yen.

An adaptation of the Sichuan dish La Zi Ji (Spicy Chicken) with a generous amount of chili peppers. Unlike the original, this version uses easy-to-eat chicken thigh meat, making it slightly milder in spiciness, but the heat level can still be adjusted.
This is like a soul food in Osaka. Usually comes with some kind of vegetable tempura as a bonus.
I received the idea from the delicious Uwajima-style tai-meshi, which is not the typical mixed rice dish. The combination of sashimi soy sauce marinated in dashi and egg yolk is excellent. By the way, the type of fish depends on the timing... Is it for the end of the meal? There is also a mini size available for 480 yen.
American chicken and rice dish.
Fried rice served with tea-infused broth. Pour the broth over the rice when you've eaten about half of it.
