Due to the natural ingredients, available from around November to March. As it gets colder, the pufferfish shipped directly from Shimonoseki becomes even more delicious. The milt also arrives, allowing you to fully enjoy natural tiger pufferfish in Kagoshima. The fin sake is, of course, homemade, so please enjoy pufferfish this season.
Kagoshima soft-shelled turtle is rare, but I would definitely like you to taste the soft-shelled turtle prepared in the Kyoto style. Not only is it delicious, but I believe it will also make you healthier from the inside, and it will change your image of soft-shelled turtle.
