Wagyu Teppanyaki with Ponzu and Wasabi Soy Sauce
It features a glamorous and fruity aroma with a refreshing and pleasant mouthfeel. By fermenting slowly and carefully at low temperatures, it results in a fruity and aromatic beverage.
It has a refreshing taste that gives a sense of freshness. It is recommended to enjoy it chilled at around 10°C from room temperature.
With a solid umami flavor amidst the taste, it has a crisp finish accompanied by a gaseous sharpness, resulting in a refreshing dry finish.
The flavor has a gorgeous aroma typical of ginjo sake, while a refreshing fruity umami spreads in a palate that does not become tiresome.
The subtle aroma of ginjo sake and the umami of rice make it the perfect junmai ginjo sake to enjoy with meals.
This is a special junmai sake that has been carefully low-temperature fermented with the famous water of Kyoto, 'Fushimizu', fully bringing out the flavor of the rice. It has a rich aroma and a strong umami of rice, with a clean aftertaste, making it recommended as a food pairing sake.
