We purchase a variety of seafood from nearby ports in the San'in region, starting with Matsuba crab in winter, and we also handle snow crabs from the North Sea. We also offer snow crabs from the North Sea. We carefully select the best snow crabs to use in our "Kani-suki-kaiseki" (crab-sukiyaki course). The crab is flash-frozen immediately after being landed, so it has outstanding flavor! Please enjoy "Kani-suki" with our special soup stock until you finish with Kani-zosui (crab porridge).
