We source it every morning from Yobuko in Saga. The tentacles can be prepared later as tempura, fried, or grilled with salt. Of course, if requested, the tentacles can also be served as sashimi. *The size of the squid varies depending on the day.

We source only mackerel from a specialty store that handles mackerel from the Goto Islands. They can be eaten as sashimi because they grow by eating plant-based plankton. It's also delicious when prepared as sesame mackerel with Kyushu's specialty sesame soy sauce.
A combination of the delicious flavor extracted from the flesh and bones of Kue and our proud broth. This enhances the deliciousness of other ingredients even more. One serving is 5800 yen. You can also add Ara Shabu.
