With a distinctive copper hue. this beer combines notes of chocolate, toffee and caramel, with spiced fruit cake. It can be enjoyed for up to 4 more years, just like a fine wine. A suberb Amber Ale
A blend of fifty different Crus, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the House winemaking tradition. This is a vibrant champagne with crisp green apple and citrus flavours on the palate. A perfect balance between the acidity and the delicate bubbles gives it an amazing length
Considered Australia's premier dessert wine. Lifted apricot marmalade with hints of toffee and fig on the nose. The palate is full of dried apricots, orange blossom and honey
Produced from Semillon using the Cane Cut method. Complex aromas of lemon meringue and ginger nut, with hints of vanilla spice. A lovely viscous, silky mouthfeel provides richness and texture
Brilliant golden colour with pale gold hue. Fairly dense nose, honey and acacia flowers, slightly woody. Full-bodied, generous, well-balanced palate, with a pleasantly sweet finish
Worlds Best Vodka 2018
An incredibly vibrant nose that leaps out of the glass, which is followed by a palate that is fuller, richer, almost honeyed. These characters are balanced by a soft, clean acid profile that gives the wine its great length
An inviting nose of citrus and a palate, which is the perfect mid-point between power and elegance. Typical Vat 1 fruit power which is balanced with the delicate acid profile resulting in a seamless wine that will enjoy a long life in the cellar with crisp acid that leaves the wine with a clean finish
Just over 11 years of age, the wine still has incredible freshness and only a hint of development. Intense, rich citrus that is still held together tightly by its powerful acid structure
A modern style of Hunter Valley Chardonnay, combining power and finesse. Vibrant colour with a green hue, the nose shows an abundance white peach and some struck match 'solids' character and a hint of oak. The palate shows intense stone fruit characters whilst showing the brightness and energy, which is a result of the cool vintage. These fruit characters are balanced by citrus acidity, subtle oak and lees complexity giving the wine its length and complexity
This year's Vat 47 exhibits a complex nose of white stone fruit, grapefruit and delicate flowers, with only a hint of high-quality French oak in the background. The palate is medium-bodied and shows sweet Chardonnay fruit balanced by textural elements, derived from the solids ferment and extended time on yeast lees
Medium colour density with a bright purple hue. The aromatic profile is deeper and darker than the classic Tyrrell's red summer fruits. The palate is medium bodied with the classic Hunter Valley fruit and acid profile, giving the wine a wonderful freshness. These three blocks produce a modern style of Shiraz that has both richness and approachability and pays homage to the classic Hunter River Burgundies (HRB) of the mid-twentieth century
A perfect example of aged Hunter Valley Shiraz. The colour is still dense however now has a brick red hue. Secondary notes such as leather, earth, and darker fruits now dominate the nose however the palate remains bright and fresh with an intense core of sweet fruit with vibrant acidity and soft tannins
Mother's shows the dark-fruited, savoury spice aroma that is typical of the vintage. A crunchy, medium-bodied palate with only a hint of oak that is already showing great drinkability despite its youth
A well-balanced, elegant style that shows good balance between vibrant fruit and savoury spice, along with classic Hunter Valley wet earth. The oak is only a minor component and the tannins provide structure and depth on the back palate
Vibrant purple with an enticing nose showing lifted spice, dark berry aromas and a subtle hint of oak. The palate is medium-bodied, showing incredible intensity and a seamless structure, with wonderfully balanced fruit, acid, oak and tannin
Bright purple in colour with a red-fruited aroma; some savoury notes add complexity. A classic Hunter Valley wine style, medium bodied and without the concentration of 2017 or 2018 yet still showing good length and structure. An elegant style with deceptive length that builds in the glass
With intense purple colour, the wine shows a complex nose of red fruit, some confectionery and a Grenache-like spice that is characteristic of the great vintages from this vineyard. The palate is intense, with vibrant summer fruits and has the amazing concentration and length that only come from old vines. The tannin structure is powerful but sits perfectly with the acidity, which gives the wine great balance
