Surrounded by lush nature, Takeuchi Farm benefits from clear air, natural spring water from the Danto mountains, and the coolness of summer, raising high-quality and delicious Aichi Prefecture Danto Highland beef through proper feed and safe management. The flavor of the lean meat is rich and deep, providing a satisfying chew that allows you to fully enjoy the umami that seeps out with each bite. It is a rare and exquisite wagyu that is hard to come by.
This is beef raised on sake lees from the renowned sake 'Hōraisen' by Sekiya Brewery. It was selected as a representative of the prefecture and won an excellence award in the 'National Wagyu Ability Exhibition Miyagi Tournament' in the beef category, known as the Olympics for competing cattle. It is characterized by a low melting point and a light aftertaste, and is highly regarded for its tenderness and melt-in-your-mouth quality. This A4 rank or higher wagyu is carefully raised by the 'Genji Feeding Association' in Shinshiro City. It is a rare wagyu that is not commonly available in the market.
