Recommended for those who are not good with spiciness, such as children. This beef tendon hayashi rice is cooked slowly for 2 days with plenty of recommended red wine, offering a delicious taste that is not too sweet and won't get boring. There are various theories about the origin of hayashi rice, but it is said to have originated in Moji Port. Moji Port was a port on the continent route opened after the Meiji Restoration. A popular theory is that a mass restaurant in Sakae-machi Gintengai in Moji Port served a ketchup-based 'quick rice' for hurried customers boarding ships, which came to be known as hayashi rice. The hayashi rice at Mitsubachi Curry is popular and receives many requests for interviews from magazines, TV, and other media.
