A nabe to drink up♪ This is a course of nabe in which you can enjoy a refreshing yet deep broth. With the addition of lemon, this dish can be enjoyed even in summer.

This is a motsu nabe (motsu hot pot) course that combines fresh raw motsu with our signature natural broth. The motsu is made from only the highest quality mullet from a specialty restaurant, and is specially prepared with green onions instead of chives to match the broth! The soup is full of vegetables and is also delicious.

This oden nabe course features fish paste made from fresh white fish landed in Kesennuma, Tohoku, combined with Kankeri's natural dashi. Please enjoy the flavor of the ingredients and the depth of the broth, which are comparable to those of oden specialty restaurants.
