A total of seven dishes featuring a variety of the chef's best dishes. The chef is proud of the abundant use of carefully selected ingredients such as grilled Iberian bejota, seafood paella, and seasonal vegetables.
Ajillo means 'garlic-flavored' in Spanish. It is a cooking method where seafood, meat, and vegetables are simmered in garlic oil. Dipping bread in the leftover oil makes it even more delicious. This is our most popular menu item.
Our most popular dish! It's a simple recipe, but Ajillo can be surprisingly difficult. We are particular about the ingredients and the cooking time. The shrimp is plump! It's a garlic oil stew. Dip a baguette in the leftover oil for a double delight!
