Champagne Charles Heidsieck, sublimated in the UNESCO World Heritage site Crayères, is a boutique champagne house founded in 1851 by the uniquely charismatic founder Charles-Camille Heidsieck. It boasts a style characterized by long aging in the limestone underground cellars known as 'Crayères' and an unparalleled pursuit of quality.
Varieties: Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Noir 40%, Meunier 20%. Deep golden color with a continuous delicate effervescence. It has a very complex and appetizing aroma, with nuances of freshly baked brioche and toast, fruits that are fully sun-kissed like mango and apricot, combined with pistachio, almond, and dried fruits.
Varieties: 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Meunier. By adding 25% reserve wine to a base wine blended equally from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier varieties, a complex yet gentle aroma can be felt. By blending 5-6% red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, there are complex aromas of homemade strawberry jam and gingerbread. Bottle
Variety: 57% Pinot Noir, 43% Chardonnay. This vintage champagne is made only in exceptional years from selected Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from 10 crus. It features spicy notes of licorice and cinnamon, along with concentrated fruit aromas of peach and apricot. It has a full body with a mineral feel and freshness.
Variety: 100% Chardonnay selected from four Grand Cru and one Premier Cru in the Côte des Blancs region. You can feel the fresh fruit and floral aromas along with the creamy texture that characterizes this cuvée. Only produced in seven vintages since 1983. Bottle
