Akita Prefecture, Yokote City, Junshin Nama Chokkaru +18 Not only is it spicy, but the rich flavor of the rice pairs exceptionally well with Japanese cuisine.

Known as a 'phantom Japanese sake' that is difficult to obtain even in the modern age of developed e-commerce, Takagi Shuzo's 'Juyondai'. While many people know the name, the actual opportunity to taste it is very rare. Our store offers several types of the rare Juyondai depending on the season. (Honmaru, unfiltered, ginjo, Banshu Yamada Nishiki, Nanatari Nijuukan, Ryuzetsu, etc.) *Availability may vary based on procurement conditions. Plus 12 is a number that represents the sake meter. The larger this number, the drier it becomes. Generally, when it exceeds 10, it becomes quite a dry sake. The price is quite reasonable compared to regular junmai sake, giving a strong sense of value, yet the rice polishing ratio is a notable 55%, comparable to ginjo sake.

The cloudy plum wine 'Umeshu King' crafted with dedication by Oomatsu Sake Brewery. This luxurious bottle is a blend of rare sake aged from 1970 and barley shochu aged in oak barrels for 3 to 5 years, finished with carefully selected fully ripe Nanko plums. It features a thick fruit texture and a fragrant plum aroma, with a refreshing taste that is not overly sweet. With an alcohol content of 18 to 19 degrees, it is smooth and easy to drink, allowing you to savor the umami of the plums and the depth of the aged sake, truly deserving of the title 'King of Umeshu.'
