The fatty yellowtail is aged in bed to spread the flavor and fat throughout the body, giving it a melt-in-your-mouth texture. This course combined with seasonal ingredients is very reasonably priced.
This is a course that we leave to you, using seasonal ingredients. The price is ¥10.000 per person including all-you-can-drink. Please use it for a drinking party, banquet, etc.

This is a shabu-shabu dish where blackthroat seaperch is quickly cooked in a flavorful dashi broth. Please enjoy it in a semi-raw state to avoid overcooking. You can also enjoy zosui (rice soup) or Inaniwa udon as a finishing dish.

This is a small bowl-sized beef curry. It has plenty of beef that has been simmered for a full 6 hours in a generous amount of red wine.
A broth made from the bones of nodoguro combined with a seafood broth based on grilled dried sardines and niboshi. The homemade chewy curly noodles and the light yet rich soup are exquisite. Be sure to try it as a finishing dish.
This is Gochi's signature dish! We make a roll without rice using fresh sashimi. In addition to sashimi, we include a variety of ingredients for a fun texture, such as pickled vegetables, shiso leaves, cucumbers, and radish sprouts, all generously topped with sea urchin and salmon roe! Please be sure to try it when you visit!
We added fatty bluefin tuna, fresh scallops, sea urchin, and salmon roe to the ingredients of the Gochi roll and wrapped them up. It's a luxurious dish that is satisfying to eat.
The ingredients of the Ultimate Gochi Roll are wrapped in shari seasoned with red vinegar. If you prefer your sushi rolls with rice, please give it a try.
