Buns are homemade original buns blended from three types of Hokkaido wheat. They are made with Hokkaido butter without using shortening.

The hamburger patty is blended with domestic beef sirloin and loin meat. It is hand-cut with a knife to make it easy to eat while preserving the deliciousness of the lean meat. Enjoy the chunky and coarse texture. No fillers are used. Each patty weighs 113g.

The side dish potato is made using Hokkaido grown potatoes.
