Mr. Koki Taguchi from Sail the Ship Vineyard in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, cultivates without the use of fertilizers or herbicides, practicing biodynamic farming (organic farming). The 2022 red wine is produced under commission by Shigei Brewery in Kitamimaki, Yamanashi Prefecture.
We have received a shipment of authentic sparkling wine from Geo Hills Winery, produced by Nakadana-so, a long-established ryokan in Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture! This is a robust sparkling wine made using the Champagne method with 100% Chardonnay.
We offer a variety of glass wines ranging from 1000 yen, including sparkling wine, white wine, orange wine, rosé wine, red wine, and sweet wine.

The back vintage grape cultivation of the MIMAKI series (currently the Mimakigahara series) started in 2002 as a contract farmer for Man's Wine. Located on the plateau of Omaki-gahara on the left bank of the Chikuma River, the soil is super clayey and does not crack when it rains, but cracks sharply when dry. The winery is operated by the family members who share various things and work together. ▲ It is exciting to see what has become of this beautiful golden Chardonnay with a gentle barrel nuance and supple acidity after the passage of time.
