This popular course allows you to fully enjoy Hokkaido in its entirety! Since it tends to lose freshness quickly, it cannot be served as sashimi unless it is delivered alive, making it hard to enjoy outside the production area. These are sweet tomatoes from Kitakushiro and Yoichi. They are a hidden popular menu item at our shop. Starting from 630 yen.
Due to a record low catch in 2022, there are no plans for incoming shipments. This year's shishamo fishing in the Hidaka sea area has been suspended for resource conservation. Typically, fishing starts in October, and the fresh shishamo from Hidaka and Mukawa can be enjoyed as sashimi! Of course, grilled shishamo is also available, but please be sure to savor the sashimi and sushi that can only be enjoyed during this seasonal period!
