Grilled horse mackerel directly shipped from Uchino Fisheries in Kushima City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Enjoy the plump flesh as a companion to zosui. The moderate saltiness is also perfect as a side with alcohol.
Incorporating the know-how of making broth developed through zosui, this chilled soup, a representative local dish of Miyazaki, can be enjoyed refreshingly even on hot days when appetite is low. It is a proud specialty of our restaurant, available year-round.
This soup uses shijimi clams sourced from the Hitotsuse River in Miyazaki or Lake Shinji in Shimane. The flavor of the shijimi broth pairs exceptionally well with any zosui.
For an additional 850 yen, you can get a set that includes clam soup (630 yen) and dried horse mackerel (880 yen) with your favorite zosui. This is a very good value set menu! *Orders are limited to before 9:30 PM.
