This is a wild boar that inhabits Amami Oshima, Tokunoshima, Okinawa Island, Ishigaki Island, and Iriomote Island. It is said to be smaller and less gamey compared to mainland wild boars. The wild boar meat from our shop is carefully processed by hunters from Amami Oshima, and we source it directly, so even those who are not fond of wild boar meat can enjoy it very much. *This is a high-quality product that is not easily available on the mainland. Please be sure to try it added to your Genghis Khan dish!!
Aged for three months while listening to classical music through acoustic maturation. It features a subtle sweetness and a mellow mouthfeel. The delicate vibrations of the music reduce the clusters of water molecules and envelop the alcohol molecules, resulting in a rounded flavor.
After long-term storage and aging for three years in an oak barrel, the astringency and off-flavors of the wood are removed, resulting in a rich umami and sweet mouthfeel. With a subtle sweetness that makes it easy to drink, it is recommended to enjoy it on the rocks or with water. When made into a lemon sour, it is said to be the most delicious shochu in Japan.
The block-shaped brown sugar used is typically dissolved with steam in about an hour, but by allowing it to dissolve at room temperature for more than half a day, the aroma does not evaporate, and the scent of brown sugar can be felt directly. It is one of the brands that surprises those who are awakening to shochu and those who have encountered many different brands with its deliciousness.
By mixing the original sake with the spring water from 'Yuwan Dake' on Amami Oshima, you can enjoy a deeper aroma and flavor that has the essence of Japanese rum. It is brewed in white oak, resulting in a mild taste with a hint of sweetness, characterized by its exotic flavor.

[Junmai Sake] Shiraito Sake Brewery. A refreshing and soft aroma reminiscent of grapes in a glass, with a wonderful harmony of concentrated rice flavor and acidity that brings it all together. It is a 'delicious drink and delicious to eat' sake for pairing with food.
[Namazake] Aburanaka Sake Brewery Glass 1 Cup
【Yamahai Junmai】 Miino Kotobuki, a glass of Toyoujou Bita, firmly follows ancient methods and aims to be a food-friendly sake that expands its umami both at room temperature and when warmed. It has a flavor that can be considered the opposite of a light sake, yet it is a bottle that allows you to enjoy the deep flavors of sake. It enhances dishes with strong seasoning without being overpowered.
[Unfiltered Original Sake] Imanishi Sake Brewery. The aroma of a glass is fresh with a ginjo scent reminiscent of ramune. It has a juicy fruit-like quality, rich sweetness, and umami, with a clean acidity that culminates in a low-alcohol original sake.
【Junmai Ginjo】 Kobayashi Sake Brewery A glass of this sake starts with a soft mouthfeel, and the fruity and refreshing aroma spreads richly like a blue melon. A supple sweetness, a light umami, and a faint bitterness that is felt gently blend together to form an exquisite balance.
【Special Junmai Dry】 Hamajima Sake Brewery. This sake is made by selecting the most vigorous moromi from many regular special junmai sake, allowing fermentation to progress and resulting in a dry flavor. It maintains the taste of regular special junmai sake while being a sharp and smart drink that quickly washes away the heaviness of oily dishes. It is recommended to serve chilled or at a warm temperature.
