You can enjoy fresh seafood caught using the fixed net fishing method, delivered directly every day, as well as Ishinomaki Kinkai products. Other recommended dishes include our carefully selected mackerel, which the president personally purchases at the fishing port. We secure the mackerel caught from October to December, when it is said to be the richest in fat, for the entire year. You can enjoy the most delicious mackerel, which is rich in fat throughout the year. We offer various mackerel dishes.
We offer a wide variety of carefully selected Japanese sake from Miyagi and various regions across the country. Enjoy it with seasonal seafood. To ensure you can drink the sake at its best, we use sake vessels made of tin. Tin vessels remove impurities from the sake, resulting in a mellow flavor. They have antibacterial properties and excellent thermal conductivity, and have been used as sake vessels since ancient times in Japan. Please enjoy the original taste of the sake.
