At our restaurant, we receive fresh oysters from all over Japan according to the season. We offer various ways to enjoy them, including raw, steamed, grilled, and in gratin.

We will prepare appetizers made with seasonal ingredients and sashimi of fresh fish delivered this morning.

Carefully prepared shime saba is quickly smoked with cherry chips! Served with potato salad with gari and smoked wasabi & olive oil for a new world of Japanese cuisine.
