Daimyo Hete's standard all-you-can-drink yakitori course. All-you-can-drink (1,500 yen) can be removed. The course includes 3 kinds of small bowls of cooked food, Hakata sesame mackerel, Hete salad with steamed chicken, 5 pieces of selected yakitori per person, pickled cabbage, seasonal delicacies, takikomi-gohan, and mizutaki soup for the end.
A special all-you-can-drink course that allows you to enjoy not only Daimyo Hete's yakitori, but also our signature dishes. All-you-can-drink (1,500 yen) can be removed. The menu includes 3 kinds of small bowls of cooked food, Hakata sesame mackerel, top quality red horse meat sashimi, Hete salad with steamed chicken, 5 skewers per person, pickled cabbage, seasonal delicacies, takikomi-gohan, and mizutaki soup to finish the meal.
Daimyo Hete's original, two-color hot pot of Mizutaki and Wagyu Beef Motsunabe can be enjoyed at the same time in this course. This course is for those who want to enjoy Hakata in a luxurious way! All-you-can-drink (1,500 yen) can be skipped. This 7-course menu includes: 3 kinds of small bowls of cooked food, Hakata sesame mackerel, top quality red meat horse sashimi, 3 skewers of limited special selection per person, lightly pickled cabbage, Hakata nabe (excellent Mizutaki and Wagyu beef nabe), and handa somen and champon with rice cake to finish.
A luxurious assortment of Hakata sesame mackerel, red meat horse sashimi, and anago sashimi. For two servings, it costs 1980 yen, and an additional serving is 990 yen.

Rare skewers. The 'obi' is the inner part of the thigh. It has a high moisture content, making it juicy and with a chewy texture. The 'sori' refers to the muscles in the pelvic area. Since this area has well-developed muscles, it has a firm texture. Please enjoy comparing the flavors with a single skewer.
