Tam Jai Sam Go is the No. 1 noodle restaurant in Hong Kong and has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for three consecutive years. The restaurant uses gluten-free rice noodles made from rice called "rice noodles." Customers can choose from six different soups, 10 levels of spiciness, and 25 toppings to create their own original rice noodle soup from more than one million possible combinations. The complex flavors of the uniquely spiced soup and glutinous rice noodles are a new sensation that has never before been experienced in Japan.

Additionally, if necessary, our specialized personnel conduct investigations at the manufacturing facilities of the ingredients to confirm that they are produced in a hygienic environment and that management and inspections are conducted according to the established standards. We continuously conduct inspections of the ingredients used and the products prepared in our stores at Toridoll Holdings' in-house testing laboratory and external third-party inspection agencies to ensure safety is maintained.
