We are proud of this course, which includes our specialties that we have been serving for 90 years since our establishment. We hope you will enjoy our traditional hearty kushiyaki.
This popular Torishige course features a hearty, thickly sliced duck breast wrapped in wasabi and grilled seaweed like isobeyaki, with an addictive flavor.
This course includes Torishige's standard grilled dishes, appetizers and dry curry.
Please tell the staff, 'Save the dry curry for me!' as soon as you sit down! This line was a catchphrase from the second generation of Torishige, which energized the Showa era. It remains unchanged, but we serve it stir-fried, so it is a limited single item that balances with the timing of the rice being cooked.
A texture born from an original blend! Whether grilled with salt or with sauce! It's an addictive taste that makes you want to order more.
Warm sake, well-known as a specialty of Torishige, served from a pure silver teapot. Poured into a Torishige-style glass from a pure silver teapot at your table. Thanks to the silver ion effect, it is very easy to drink and has a smooth taste, which has received great acclaim.
