Morihachi, Kaga Clan's Imperial Confectionery Shop

Bento comes with appetizer, small bowl of cooked food, sashimi, vinegared dish, meal, soup, and dessert. Hot meal and soup are served. Dessert will be Kuzukiri and Matcha from Morihachi Saryo. Please enjoy the seasonal flavors.

Anyone can experience making rakugan by hand. After the experience, enjoy a cup of green powdered tea with a freshly made rakugan. The rest will be packed in a small box for souvenirs to be given as an original, one-of-a-kind, handmade gift. The experience includes green tea, a small box for souvenirs, and admission to the Kanazawa Museum of Confectionery and Wooden Art.
