First, enjoy a chestnut soup, followed by a luxurious dish that abundantly uses Japanese chestnuts, allowing you to experience six different textures.
We combined two types of the highest quality domestic Japanese chestnuts (Kumamoto Prefecture's Kuruma chestnuts and Kochi Prefecture's Shimanto chestnuts) to bring out their respective qualities, creating a Mont Blanc. You can enjoy the rich aroma and flavor of the Japanese chestnuts.
A small golden Mont Blanc is served with roasted tea and matcha meringue, gyuhi, salt ice cream, and sweetened chestnut. Please enjoy each item together and experience the changes in flavor.
Using three different varieties of Japanese chestnuts from different regions, we have created three Mont Blanc desserts. The way each chestnut is piped has been changed to enhance its unique flavor. It is a luxurious tasting Mont Blanc experience.
This is a new sensation warm Mont Blanc served on a hot plate. This is a product created in collaboration with Myokoen, a tea specialty store in Nagoya. We blended Myokoen's hojicha into our signature Mont Blanc paste, resulting in a new flavor of sweets.
This is a chestnut kinton made with carefully selected chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture's Kuma region. When you take a bite, the aroma of chestnuts spreads, allowing you to enjoy the gentle flavor of the chestnuts.
On top of a tart crust filled with the aroma of almond cream, a custard cream made with chestnuts and chestnut oil is used. Furthermore, chestnuts are arranged on top, along with whipped cream mixed with chopped chestnuts. The very top Mont Blanc paste uses chestnuts from Ehime Prefecture.
Using French raw milk and fresh cream, it is mixed with plenty of Japanese chestnuts from Ehime into a creamy cream cheese.
