This is a special mini-course "Japanese-style meal" for a dinner party such as a memorial service or a Buddhist memorial service. A variety of appetizers and small bowls of cooked food. Also known as 'Edible Medicine', Cabbage. With low carbohydrates and high in dietary fiber and vitamin C, we recommend a second helping of cabbage, the edible medicine. Recommended way to eat: 1. First, eat the cabbage all at once. 2. Next, have protein such as tonkatsu. 3. Then, enjoy rice, miso soup, pickles, and small dishes along with more protein like tonkatsu. 4. Have a second helping of cabbage and the remaining dishes. After eating, take a short walk or do squats in a small space. This helps burn body fat and, due to the effects of cabbage, keeps blood sugar levels from rising too much.

Fried food that won't weigh you down is made by frying high-quality meat and fish in top-grade lard and fresh breadcrumbs. We have learned that it does not cause the common issues associated with fried food, such as heaviness, indigestion, or post-meal nausea. Please give it a try.
The a la carte fried items at Rengaya can be ordered with a 600 yen discount from the set meal. It is also recommended to share and enjoy with everyone. A lighter, simpler set meal without small dishes can be made with a 300 yen discount for rice and miso soup. This is the story of 'Japan's highest quality pork', directly shipped from Kirishima, Kagoshima Prefecture, a health food rich in vitamins known as 'Abel Pork'. The 'Kirishima Abel Pork' is a high-quality brand pork produced at Abel Farm in Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It inherits the lineage of the Berkshire breed (Kagoshima Black Pork) that Kagoshima Prefecture is proud of and is positioned as a 'brand pork among Kagoshima Black Pork' through unique breeding methods for further differentiation. Abel Pork uses pure Berkshire breed characterized by the white six spots (nose, four limbs, and tail). Raised in the rich natural environment of the Kirishima foothills, the rearing period is longer than that of ordinary pigs, taking about 240 days or more to mature the meat quality and concentrate the flavor. The pigs are raised in open pigsties where they can move freely, provided with pure underground water from the Kirishima mountain range, and are raised healthily without stress. This open pigsty rearing significantly contributes to the development of healthy pigs. The most notable feature of Abel Pork is the continuous feeding of a self-formulated feed that includes sweet potatoes for over 90 days. This sweet potato feeding is a crucial element that brings out the unique sweetness and flavor of Abel Pork.
