Please enjoy the meticulously crafted flavors. The contents of the five skewers are chicken breast, liver, thigh, skin, and tsukune (chicken meatball).

We simmer kombu for a long time to extract its flavor, then combine it with our unique blend of katsuobushi to create a rich dashi. We add soba shop's kaeshi and oyster sauce to make a delicious broth. This broth is poured into a large pot, where various vegetables are slowly simmered, lightly cooked, or quickly blanched, and served with a carefully prepared sauce or dressing. This is a new proposal for enjoying vegetables deliciously. Please enjoy it with Nanbu chicken yakitori.
