All-you-can-drink yakitori course♪ This is a hearty, all-you-can-drink, main meal course that includes rare jidori chicken, Unamayama jidori from Miyazaki Prefecture, as well as duck loin tataki from Kawachi, five types of skewers, and more!
From the Kyushu region, we have Miyazaki Prefecture's Unama Mountain Chicken and Kagoshima Prefecture's Satsuma Chicken. From the Kinki region, we offer Kyoto's Tanba Chicken, Shiga Prefecture's Omi Black Chicken, and Omi Chicken. The duck meat is sourced from Kawachi in Osaka Prefecture. We use breeds suitable for each part and cooking method. Since our establishment in 1978, at 'Tori Fuku' in Yao, Osaka, we have been perfecting our secret sauce, using Andes pink salt and Tosa Binchotan charcoal to create authentic charcoal-grilled chicken specialty dishes.

This is a dish where the skin side of fresh duck breast is seared over charcoal, bringing out the unique umami of the duck. The fat is clean and elegant, full of flavor. You can enjoy the original taste of the duck. Please enjoy it with rock salt or sashimi soy sauce, chopped green onions, and grated ginger as you prefer.
A dish made by finely chopping sashimi and mixing it with miso, myoga, shiso leaves, ginger, green onions, and other ingredients. The miso used is 'Matsukaze', a carefully selected top-quality koji miso that has been slowly aged for one year in a natural wooden barrel. It is characterized by its unique richness and aroma.
Finely chopped duck breast mixed with homemade yukhoe sauce. Only the yolk of the Oita Prefecture red egg 'Ranou' is used luxuriously. Please crush the yolk and mix well before enjoying.
The Unama Mountain Chicken raised in the rich natural environment of Misato Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, is a local chicken that is juicy and well-marbled due to significant temperature changes. It is firm yet tender, with a concentrated umami flavor in the fat. This rare local chicken is not widely distributed, making it difficult to obtain even when ordered. Therefore, we cannot prepare many. Please be sure to try it once before it runs out.
Satsuma chicken, one of Japan's three major native chickens, is characterized by its firm meat texture and concentrated umami flavor. The texture is robust, and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the meat bursts forth. You can enjoy a deep taste and a texture that is not found in other native chickens.
This is a parent chicken that has been raised for over 450 days, which is nine times the usual rearing period for broiler chickens. It is generally said that the flavor of the meat increases with a longer rearing period, and Miyazaki chicken allows you to enjoy the natural flavor and texture of the chicken.

This dish uses fresh top-quality chicken liver delivered directly from the poultry farm every day, allowing you to enjoy the refined sweetness and moist umami of the liver. It has no peculiar smell typical of chicken liver, making it a proud dish of our restaurant that even those who are not fond of liver can enjoy.
The chicken breast, which can be eaten raw, is cooked at low temperature and then soaked in a secret marinade. It is surprisingly tender and has a moist texture, with none of the usual dryness associated with chicken breast! It can be enjoyed deliciously with just salt, but it is accented with grape pepper. It pairs well with shochu.
Using the natural eggs from Oita Prefecture, 'Ranou'. Raised on a special feed that emphasizes plant-based proteins and does not use any antibiotics, the yolks are shiny and have a deep orange color, unlike regular eggs, and are plump. This is a 'proof' of healthy and vigorous chickens.
Neo Hormone is a fatty part located around the chicken's lower back. It has a rich fat content that is not overwhelming, and the sauce and charcoal grilling further enhance the flavor of the fat, making it pair well with any alcoholic beverage.
The tsukune is concentrated with the deliciousness of duck, and it pairs perfectly with the richness of the eggs we use, Lan Wang. It contains two pieces of duck tsukune.
A dish made by marinating the flavorful and rich 'black chicken gizzard' in a unique blend of miso, then carefully grilled over low heat. The deep richness and flavor of the miso, combined with the umami of the gizzard, creates a delightful accent that pairs well with alcohol. The texture of the gizzard is pleasant, and the more you chew, the more umami is released. It pairs exceptionally well with shochu and sake.
The chicken liver (from the back) is grilled over Tosa Binchotan charcoal. The back liver is a very rare part, yielding only about 15 grams from one chicken. It is lighter than regular chicken liver, and some people who are not fond of chicken liver can enjoy the back liver. The salt-grilled version is finished with a squeeze of lemon for a refreshing taste, while the sauce-grilled version can be enjoyed with a bit of spice or sansho. It pairs well with shochu and sake.
High-quality cream cheese is marinated in a unique blend of miso, adding a pleasant saltiness and richness. Enjoy the cream cheese on a cracker, garnished with pink pepper. The rich, intense flavor of the cheese and the aroma of the pink pepper spread comfortably in your mouth. The moment it enters your mouth, the saltiness, the richness of the miso when you bite into it, and the creaminess as it melts in your mouth. This pairs perfectly with alcohol. Western liquor is recommended.
The rich liver of black chicken is blended into a paste with several types of vegetables, enhanced with herbs and spices, while preserving the original flavor of the black chicken liver. The moment it enters your mouth, the rich taste and flavor of the liver spreads creamily. Please enjoy it generously spread on a baguette. It pairs well with red wine, white wine, and is easy to match with whiskey and other spirits.
