This is the most popular item at Menya Waga, the Ajitama Ramen. It is ramen topped with a seasoned soft-boiled egg. The soft-boiled egg is characterized by its creamy texture and rich flavor.
This is the simplest and basic 'ramen'. It features a mild and smooth soup without any unpleasant odor, thin noodles, and a special spicy sauce.

These grilled dumplings are made under the guidance of a Chinese chef with a certification in Chinese dim sum. We also offer a set of 3 pieces.

Using Hinokikari rice produced at Gyotoku Farm in Ogori City, we carefully wrap the rice ball with leaves of green takana. This half-size rice ball is small, making it a great recommendation when you feel that ramen alone is not enough.
This is rice mixed with takana from Fukuoka Prefecture, using Hinokikari rice.
Please mix with green onions and chopped char siu to your liking.
We prepare Tae-uma and half the amount of Han-tae-uma.
