Ebisu [MASA'S KITCHEN 47
I went to Masa's Kitchen, a one Michelin star Chinese restaurant in Ebisu. It was my first time at night and I was somewhat nervous, but from the first assortment of appetizers, my tension was maxed out.
It was a course, but I was very satisfied with the combination and flavors that I could not taste anywhere else.
The garlic steamed oysters and the shark's fin steak were especially great. The course included
Assorted appetizers
Cold noodles with caviar
Smoked duck spring roll
Pork and bamboo shoot soup
Steamed Cod Milt and Oysters with Garlic
Shark's fin steak
Black Vinegar Sweet & Snack Pork
Chilled Tantanmen and Soupless Tantanmen
Dessert
Thank you very much for the Chinese cuisine prepared with the free spirit of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Petit Cerebrate Brunch
I've been told it's delicious for a long time, and I've been curious about it, so I've visited a few times, but it's always closed.
I've been to Petit Céré Blanc several times, but it's always closed. I guess it's just a coincidence...
So, I went there for the long-awaited visit!
As soon as I entered the restaurant, I thought, "I can't go there at night! I thought. It looks so expensive!
And the clientele are all celebrities.
I was told that the summer special "tantanmen" would be over soon, so I decided to order it! I ordered it.
The noodles were very creamy. The small basket was also delicious, and the lunch was full of value for money!
The staff is friendly and helpful, and if you want to enjoy Chinese food with a little celebrity flair, this is the place to go! If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant with a celebrity atmosphere, this is the place to go!
I love the modern Chinese here.
The courses are always more than I can eat, but I am satisfied because each and every one of them tastes really good.
Although not pictured, you can choose the tantanmen with or without soup. It is a dish that I always eat because of its depth and lingering spiciness.
Earthen pot rice with Bean-curd soup (1,650 yen)
It is not an amount that one would easily pay outside of the meat menu, but for this dish and this service, I do not think it is expensive.
A short while after ordering, two appetizers of pork and potato also came. Both are elegantly seasoned, and the preparation of two types with different textures, tender and crispy, is as expected.
The next item on the menu is a small basket of dumplings, which is made to order, with the skin stretched, filled with bean paste, and steamed. Of course, the juicy meat is so delicious that even specialty restaurants are surprised.
Then, the main dish.
The bean-curd soup is served with a spicy sauce, but if you don't like it, you can sprinkle the pepper on top of it.
The rice and bean curd are heated in an earthenware pot with a lid, making it perfect for those who love burnt rice. It is served freshly made, so it is very hot at first, but gradually becomes just right.
This is a popular restaurant where customers enter almost as soon as the restaurant opens and the place fills up quickly. I can't come here often because of the price, but I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
MASA'S KITCHEN
...
Chinese restaurant in Ebisu. It's very fashionable. And the food is delicious. The appetizer was delicious, but the sweet-and-sour pork was superb. The price is very reasonable for a Michelin restaurant.

Masazuki's Kitchen in Ebisu, Tokyo.
Arrive 10 minutes before the restaurant opens because it's Sunday lunch and no reservation!
There were already 5-6 people in line! As one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant, it is very popular.
The restaurant staff told me that if I were alone, I could be there in 1.5 hours of seating time.
No problem at all for a one-person lunch!
I ordered a simple meal of Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup, Yodare-chicken, and rice!
The Bean-curd soup was served in a boiling earthenware pot!
It looks delicious from the outside!
This is the most impressive bean curd I've had in Tokyo!
The pepper is placed on the table so that you can adjust it yourself, but even without it, the spiciness and flavor is exquisite!
Goes great with rice!
I ate it slowly so as not to burn myself because it was so hot, but it was so delicious even when it was cold!
The meal was worth it even though it was quite a luxurious lunch since it cost 4,500 yen for the Bean Curd, Yodare Chicken, and rice!
Thank you very much for the meal!
